Space miner 1: I thought we’ve gotten rid of these last time.
Space miner 2: No, that was on the 4th planet. This is the 3rd planet.
Space miner 1: Wow, they’re such a persistent species.
Space miner 2: I’ve heard they’re actually intelligent. Look at all the little structures they’ve built.
Space miner 1: You ever feel guilty about killing them?
Space miner 2: No. Look at them, they’re practically destroying themselves right now. They’ll just pop up again somewhere else in the galaxy.
