'LOL' reaction

It's been reported to me that the 'LOL' button has been abused to passive-aggressively disagree with comments. I haven't personally noticed this, but that's not an acceptable use of the system. We won't be clicking buttons to giggle at people here.

If you see someone doing this, please flag it and note the reason. If you've done this, please go back and undo the reaction by clicking 'LOL' a second time on the comment.
