I will be attending the Shambhala level 1 training this weekend (The Art of Being Human). Kinda nervous and excited all at the same time. Anyone attend in the past? It's about learning to get in touch with our basic goodness. Sometimes I don't feel like I have any. Anyway, I'm still going. Maybe I'll find it by the end of the weekend. Lol. Wish me luck!
