I'm just a bit suspicious of having a magazine specifically called "Mindful."
Mindfulness, to me, makes part of a whole.
Have not flipped through it, yet, but it seems to dab a bit in positive thinking, positive psychology...
Ok. I have had some time to flip through "Mindful" magazine, now, and yes, it's a wonderful magazine.
With so many magazines on the planet, I always fear information overload, but I decided to follow this one on Twitter.
It's a bit like Buddhism without any allusions to religious or spiritual beliefs whatsoever.
