    The rulers in your dreams are figments of your imagination.
    They are all you.

    You have no "me and them" situation, everything is mind-wrought so you are your rulers and they are you.

    However, we have already advised you to ignore your dreams for now, because they seem to be giving you weird messages completely unrelated to productive or positive progress.

    There is little sense in what you are asking.

    I suggest you put this question to your therapist.
