Yes, the wave analogy is interesting, and TNH has spoken about this too. I do watch waves regularly and it's interesting to ponder the life of a wave. So waves arise in dependence on conditions like wind and tide, then eventually break on the shore and return to the sea. Analogous perhaps to a life, or to a thought or feeling.
