I'm in day 3 of a 10-day fast. So far, so good. Using the
Master Cleanse which involves a concoction of organic lemon juice, pepper and maple syrup (for energy). Also senna tea for the laxative effect.
Kinda hungry, but when I stop and look at the craving, it's not really physical hunger, as much as habit or boredom. Especially late at night watching a movie, get the munchies bad. If I leave it alone, the craving subsides.
Anyone else here with experience fasting?

Also people who have eaten clay to help clean out the intestines. Sort of like an uber cleanser.
