implies some small regard for a group in question.
Also more than implies a keen sense of complete otherness and SEPARATION.
Excuse me, but I always have found that to be so funny. Yes, it's just so absurd the categories that we ascribe or are even taught by others (some in authority) to denigrate the value of our fellow human beings, or even sometimes to demonize them.
I just wanna say that whenever I use that expression, I never mean it in an unfriendly way, Cuz, Cousin, we're really all one. It's just a funny expression to me.
