    I LOVE Indian food! Tho I've never tried my hand at preparing any of the dishes myself, your information on making your own ghee is really interesting. I only use real butter for everything from toast to cooking to baking and now you have me wondering how many impurities might be in it. Guess I dont need to tell you what I'll be up to this afternoon!
