Hi, I'm new to the boards and after having browsed through the messages, I don't see a single reference to the Lojong slogans. These have been an amazing tool for me in my daily practice, and I wonder if anyone else has benefitted by their very practical and useful wisdom.
Also, I've just purchased the Insight Meditation Course by Joseph Goldstein and Sharon Saltzberg through Sounds True. It comes with a one-on-one instructor, which I am very excited about. Has anyone taken it who might share their experience? I'm looking forward to the daily meditations, the lessons, and the guidance of a teacher.
