Are there any chess players in the house? If so, do you have an ELO rating? I’ve played for a few years, but have only recently (the last 2 months) gotten serious about improving my game. I started out mainly playing Chessmaster and some friends at work, but now I regularly train using Fritz and Rybka along with some acquaintances at a local chess club. It would be interesting to know if anyone else is as addicted as I am.

    Sorry Nomad, it was one of those things on my to do list as a younger lass but still haven't got round to it :)

    I play a little chess and was sort of the low man on the totem pole in the chess club in college. Can't say I have a rating but I enjoy losing a lot.

    I gave up chess for go. Sorry nomad, I can only focus on one of these games at once. I have too much going on otherwise to do both.
