He said in his book "No death, No fear" that you practice impermanence in order to reach Nirvana and overcome fear of death.
How do we practice something like this?

Contemplation, reflection and most important of all, meditation.
Continue the above observation until the breath & mind become more clear & refined. Until in conjuction with the above exercise, there is new awareness arising with the in-breath, ending into new awareness arising with the out-breath.
