Pali Chant - Wish of love to all beings
 I'm getting this as a tattoo (the pali script) - a pali chant (wish of love to all beings) on my upperback... anyone heard of this chant before?
Dukkhapattâ ca niddukkhâ
May those who are afflicted with pain be free from pain
Bhayappattâ ca nibbayâ
May those who are in fear (agony and insecure) be free from fear, agony and insecurity.
Sokappattâ ca nissokâ
May those who are afflicted with grief be free from grief.
Hontu sabbe'pi pânino
May alll beings be free from misery, fear and grief.

Try this out and cry with joy....
neat though, isn't it?
It is truly beautiful. I was laying in bed watching it on the laptop at some ridiculous hour because I couldnt sleep:( I had my volume on maximum and it flooded the room waking my son in the next room. Even a sleepy , cynical seventeen year old like him had to nod and admit it was 'quite cool'
Unfortunately my tattoo artist has to make the tattoo big enough for the script to be legible, so I have decided, if I'm having a tattoo on my back written from my lower back up to my neck (vertically - like Mrs Angelina Jolie's buddhist protection prayer on her shoulder blade) I want something I have always wanted... so I'm having the 5 precepts in pali inked on my back this coming friday! Soo nervous! Will post pic with final product... 4 hours of meditation required during this process!
Fed...that link is amazing! I wept!

I first encountered it many years ago, and it has never waned on me, and neither do I ever grow tired of listening to it, or watching it....
It's simply blissful....;)
