I heard a zen master once teach something like "I am the precepts".

Good for him, you know that's great, i didn't really understand it.

Until just now I realized, I am my cravings. those are like anti precepts.
and that's what defines me.

I am drinking, smoking, killing, sexual misconduct ,lying, stealing, and what else lol you know.

I thought for a second I was a slave to my cravings, but no! I am an accomplice.

This is what i'm realizing today.

    another thing that comes to mind is, we are what we are doing, WE are present action...
    you know what I mean... hmmmm

    reminds me of zen, every moment zen...
