I am eating lunch on Wednesday here. I love this thing called the internet, so I throw a focacia roll topped with cheese, jalapenos and tomatoes (my lunch) at you.
The cow reference is from Monty Python and The Holy Grail too, when they come across the castle manned by French soldiers and the French guys throw a cow down on them from the ramparts. One of the French soldiers says, "Fetchez la vache!"

I throw Kraft Dinner and hot banana peppers at you.
(Kraft Dinner: dried macaroni and cheese that comes in a box, very cheap and often consumed by students and other poor people but I'm crazy and still love it, especially with hot banana peppers which aren't bananas they are long peppers (yellow, orange and red peppers) that are pickled in spicy hot brine and burn the hell out of your mouth if you don't know how to eat them and I love them...:D)
I also still love kraft Mac n'cheese. I am going to make that for dinner but I add a few slices of goat cheese, mazzarella, and pepper jack with some Srirachi sauce. Tonight, in honor of you my friend Brigid, I will also add a sliced banana pepper to my Mac n' cheese.
Yeah, that's a pic of me. Funny how perceptions differ and change. I used to like that pic but the more I see it the more it bugs me. I find the sharp features irritating for some reason. Anyway, it's an old pic. I should take another one and use it instead. Something less flattering, more real. Black and white pics hide a multitude of flaws...

You know what else I love with KD? Matouk's hot sauce. It's a West Indies hot sauce made with papayas. SO good!
