I'm just wondering if anyone have heard of Maitreya Project ... Just put it here to see if there's anyone who wishes to donate...

    Yes, it's quite an undertaking. Lama Zopa Rinpoche is a highly respected lama who is the head of the FPMT (Foundation for the Preservation of the Mahayana Tradition). The relics which will be placed inside the statue have been traveling around for a while. They were in Sedona last year. Quite amazing!
