Scholar Buddhists

Hey,

I'm just curious; are there many academic scholars here? What field of what science do you study? Is is easy for you to handle working/teaching/researching inside university campi along with the daily Buddhist practices?

Starting with me: Computer Science student, maybe in-the-future Psychology student, and I am just starting with my practices, so I am just finding out my devotion time.

    I do genetics. Not a very good scholar, I'm afraid... I would not be as productive without Buddhist practice.

    Law school student . . . not really science, but academic.

    I'm a lowly statistical geneticist. I wouldn't know how to make a chimera. :)

    I needed that laugh this morning. Palzang, that was one of the funniest things I have read in a long time and it was a total time bomb joke for me.
