I make music on my computer via a music creation software,
Anyways I was listening to one of my instrumental songs, and I decided to open the internet. It always lags my songs when I do this, and I said "whatever I don't care if it lags THIS song, (the previous song I didn't want to miss any of it)
And I felt bad immediately.. poor song,
..and I realized basically, that this song is my child.
Even a real child is a song. When you put a child into the world you start of him or her with a set of patterns and notes- just notes in different form.
like a song this person is a bunch of patterns and timing.. (brain patterns, D.N.A, atomic structure, environmental effects, cause and effect), this is what makes up our songs..and children/parents...etc...
we have a tempo to life, mine is going slow LOL, and my duration and depth.. I'm not sure,
even perhaps the physical world, my chair is a song,
I hear it in a certain way...because I have a certain, EAR, you know how everyone likes different music...they have an ear for that sort of music...
but that's a discriminating ear, I wish I could hear all the songs of the universe, people and chairs, animals, and whatever....but.. 'properly'!. That's what the Buddha did I think..this is something maybe to think about and expand on, I will..
Good day!

practice practice practice......
I'm not saying he didn't ... just that I can't speak from personal experience, nor do I recall that sort of headspace being accorded to enlightenment in writings or teachings I have been exposed to.
Sucks.
I'll get over it.
