edited October 2010 in Buddhism Today
Not sure if anyone was aware of this new development yet...

Is he going to get anywhere? Do the Chinese have a leg to stand on? Is he head of Tibetan Buddhism as is quoted or Buddhism as a whole?

Dalai Lama = head of Tibetan Buddhism?

You mean the leader of Nyingma, Sakya, Jonang, Kagyu, Gelug, and Bonpo?

    He's just a Gelug monk!
