    Hi kosT,

    I'm not so sure about this.
    The cat is tied to the dog's back if you look closely - and is it kind to these animals to make them a travelling circus on busy streets?
    Different species of animals can become great friends, especially if they're reared together.

    Dazzle, the cat is not tied to the dogs back, the cat and dog are on a double leash. Later in the video it shows the cat standing off to the side of the dog.

    Most cities, especially in the east and west and south like in florida require animals to be on a leash at all times in the city limits. Most places though dont require leashes for small critters like rats thats why the rat isnt leashed.

    The animals don't seem to mind chillin' out and getting petted. I think this is a wonderful example of how different 'races' can get along. What a great picture.
