Helpful teachings for beginners.

I believe that a lot of beginners, like me, are still curious about the body. Not finding the mind -- check, realizing that everything is a concept, and therefore one cannot be affected by phenomena thus feeling a constant mindful undercurrent of peace -- check.. Realizing that your body is part of that ineffable phenomena as well and is inherently "empty" .. err what?? ha here's a good article on the intuitive wisdom of the body and what some Buddha inspired teachings have to say about it..
