So I have just recently been learning of Buddhism, so i decided to go to the library and get some books:D These are the books:
How to Practice: The Way to a Meaningful Life, By Th Dalai Lama
It's Up to You: The Practice of Self-Reflection on the Buddhist Path, by Dzigar Kongtrul
Cutting Through Spiritual Materialism, by Chogyam Trungpa
Buddha in Your Backpack, by Franz Metcalf
So have any of you read these? I just wanted to know how they were:D
On another note...I am just starting a World Religions Class for College. My final project is to pick a religion and go to a place of worship and interview someone who has extensive knowledge of the religion. I'm so excited about doing this, it will give me an opportunity to Visit a Buddhism center and learn new things.
Do you think I will have a problem finding someone to give me an interview?
Alright, Thank you everyone!
Wish Everyone a great week!

This is coming from someone who normally cringes at the mention of Tibetan Buddhism or any of that mystical jazz, so you can take my word that it's a very down to earth work.
Ring and ask beforehand ! It's true I think that sometimes Buddhists seem more introverted, but it doesn't mean they won't help.
Thank you everyone:D
