Hi everybody, I myself, am not a Buddhist, but I'm doing a project titled 'A profile of the importance of a religious ritual for members of the Buddhist religion'. I've chosen Mudra, so, please help me out- I need to know how Budddhists incorporate Mudra into their everyday lives, what significance it has, etc.
Your help is very graciously appreciated : )

In general, mudras are put into use in the vajrayana form of buddhism, where it is only for initiates where a strong teacher/student relationship is formed.
You can find good articles on the web;

This is all the help I can offer.
Nios.
