Where Can I Find Buddhist Relics?
I've been looking for Buddhist relics and decor. I sometimes visit a Buddhist themed hookah lounge at it's a very pleasant atmosphere.
Anyone have suggestions?

I know where the Buddha's tooth is. But you will need to first become a ninja and then invade Sri Lanka. Which might be considered wrong action:P

Most scriptures are fossilised relics. Joking aside, I imagine there may be some here who would dislike the idea of using 'Buddhist relics and decor' for purely ambiance. Me, I like the idea and have all sorts of unnecessary 'cult' objects ar ound the place.
For those who may find it distasteful, it goes on everywhere. In Ephesus, almost within sight of the tomb of Saint John, there is the "Jesus Hammam".
In one sense, all decoration and art is a statement that the world can be beautified, a deeply spiritual attitude.
As for 'sensible' suggestions: do you want minimal? Choose Japanese style. If you like over-the-top, vivid colours and fantastical imagery, go Tibetan. Most Western attempts at a new iconography that I have seen tends to be mawkish or derivative.
BTW, I love the image of a Buddhist-themed hookah parlour. Can you post pics?
Good luck,
Matt
Here's a pic for ya.

Thank you. It looks delightful. And what may one smoke there?

To be honest, I don't think that's the one I go to. There's several branches of it, and the one I go to looks a bit different.
