So Buddhism is..Well Buddhism.
So what is Dharma and Sangha? Are these separate religions?
Or is it like different books of the bible to Christians?
Is a Buddhist ultimate goal to become a Buddha, or Buddha (enlightened) ?
What is the difference between a Buddhist and a Buddhist monk?
What is the oldest form of Buddhism?
Do Buddhist encourage a healthy sexual relationship with there spouse? or is it simply to reproduce?
Are Buddhist monks allow to marry?
If you are already married but wanted to go from a Buddhist to a Buddhist monk, can you? or would you have to leave your wife?
Do Buddhists believe in divorce?
To become a Buddha or reach the stage of Buddha do you have to be a Buddhist monk?
And If anyone can reach the stage of Buddha and be called a Buddha, then which one of these enlightened ones are people talking about when they say "This is what Buddha would say"

Dharma is the body of teachings (the Truth).
Sangha refers to those who practice Buddhism (on one level it is those who have attained enlightenment, on another level it is those you meet with to practice and learn from)
Or is it like different books of the bible to Christians?
No
Is a Buddhist ultimate goal to become a Buddha, or Buddha (enlightened)?
Yes. To become an awakened one.
What is the difference between a Buddhist and a Buddhist monk?
A Buddhist is anyone who practices Buddhism.
The monk (or nun) has taken a set of vows which follow the rules for practice and living (what to do, what not to do).
What is the oldest form of Buddhism?
Not Tibetan Buddhism (which is what I follow).
Do Buddhist encourage a healthy sexual relationship with there spouse? or is it simply to reproduce?
Buddhists don't think like Christians. Sex is not a problem, as long as you are not hurting other people in any way with it, and as long as you are not a monk or nun (sex would be breaking their vows).
Are Buddhist monks allow to marry?
No. If they want to marry, they won't become monks. If they want to become monks, they won't marry.
If you are already married but wanted to go from a Buddhist to a Buddhist monk, can you? or would you have to leave your wife?
I don't see how you could take the vows if you were married.
Do Buddhists believe in divorce?
Buddhism does not tell you how to live ... unless you want to be a monk or nun. For the rest of us, it only suggests what might be useful (or not) in helping you achieve enlightenment.
To become a Buddha or reach the stage of Buddha do you have to be a Buddhist monk?
No.
And If anyone can reach the stage of Buddha and be called a Buddha, then which one of these enlightened ones are people talking about when they say "This is what Buddha would say".
Exactly so ... "Buddha" refers to a state-of-being. THE Buddha you are thinking of was a prince named Siddhartha Gautama who became a Buddha, and whose advice we follow so that we may become a Buddha also.
Sangha is the community of the Buddha's enlightened disciples.
So the Buddha discovered & taught the Dhamma to those who are or became the Sangha.
Ideally, yes. But this depends on the choice of individuals.
Healthy sexual relationship. See the Samajivina Sutta.
Definitely not.
Yes.
There are no written rules because the Buddha understood the human condition. The Buddha said there were both suitable & unsuitable partners. But his teachings encourage non-divorce however this can only be acheived by developing virtue. See the Samajivina Sutta. The Buddha taught if both or one partner/s do not abide by the five precepts, their marriage will be problematic (AN 4.53).
Not in form but in mode of living, generally, yes.

Buddhism is a practice. culture and doctrine that tries to follow and speread Dharma. Sanga is the people who do this, as community in some loose or formal sense.
We just don't know. At best we have the schools that started centuries after the time of the buddha.
I dont know about all buddhists but Dharma certainly does:)
