    Also, if you have iTunes you can subscribe to receive free Podcasts. Go to Music Store, choose Podcasts and then navigate through Religion and then Buddhism and you'll find a load of different channels which get updated regularly.
    I've subscribed (it's free) to the Zencast podcasts and they're not bad.
    So glad I finally succumbed to my craving and bought an iPod !!

    I got an IPod a few weeks ago (60 GB!!!! My partner bought it for me. I can't afford that). I was listening to Dharma talks on breaks at work. It was better than the gossiping that can be done. I will find the other place I got talks from. None from those listed above.

    Such as www.abhidharmakosha.blogspot.com where namdrol will be teaching (from the Tibetan Buddhist pov) on Vasubandhu's text.

    www.tricycle.com has Dharma talks that can be downloaded to an IPod. Several different topics. Check them out.

    Sorry to say, but the site seems to have gone. I only discovered this because I've lost my Dharmapada. :(
    now wondering where to get a replacement.
