Would you like to elaborate on what you need this phrase?
We're a Buddhist forum, but this would not be a normal or natural thing for us to know.
'Tibetan' isn't 'Buddhist'.
Tibetan is Tibetan.
Buddhism happens to be the religion there, but it's a religion elsewhere too.
So while I can understand the link in your mind, it doesn't necessarily follow....
I would suggest going to a language forum (Google search). When you request a translation, be sure to include the context of the sentence you'd like to have translated. For example, "I want to [learn to] speak," "I [would like the chance to take a turn] speak[ing]," "I [would like to learn to] speak [Tibetan]," etc.
