    Amaravati is part of this which belongs to the Thai forest tradition. :)

    Amaravati is not a Tradition. The tradition of the Monks there is Theravada...

    Amaravati is the name of the Monastery.
    It means "Deathless realm"......

    It's easy to get confused...
    if this is the worst of your confusion as a newbie, you got the march on me....
    I was so confused as a newbie, you'd outright laff at the boo-boos I made at the time!
