    Take your shoes off when you go in. It stops the Tibetan monks from laughing at you.

    I expect meditation should i normally feel nervous about it? will everyone be staring at me because i'm the new guy?

    Why feel nervous about it?

    Had my first class last week, felt exactly the same wasn´t sure how it was going to be but it was better than a trip to the dentist..
