Although I realize that observance and practice are foremost, I felt it important to take my refuge vows.
As the Internet is my sangha, I wanted to personally thank Bhikkhu Samahita (a regular here) and the Saddhamma Sangha for making available the refuge vows online. ( http://what-buddha-said.net/index.htm )
