I am new to this forum.:)
I practiced 20 minutes of 'doing nothing', which is to just sit down and not get identified with the thought process. No control or suppression, just simple non-identification with the mind.
Nothing happened, no experience during or after twenty minutes. So what am I to do? Do I just go on doing it every day, hoping to chance upon something some day? Are there signposts along the way?
