K i'm having some thoughts about stuff and it's kinda new ideas(my new ideas are usually refinements of things i've already been suspecting or thinking) so I want to post about them and see what other think and if they make sense to other people.
Enlightenment neither exists nor doesn't exist. Words cannot describe it's state of being or non-being. All things are the means by which the truth is, or is not, or is neither, or is none of the above. They have no effect on what is, since they are empty of inherent existence and therefore can have no effect on that truth, but that truth cannot exist without the things cuz just as all things are empty, emptiness is all things, and therefore without all things there is no emptiness, which is everything.
Now, i'm not sure how to express the rest of my thoughts. By the buddha existing, that proves there is universal enlightenment, because buddha is a manifestation of that which transcends time and space, and if it transcends time and space than there can be no space which the buddha cannot reach, and the buddha perfectly knows how to reach others. Therefore there is one path to the truth, to buddhahood, which appears to be separate paths which we are all uniquely taking but is ultimately just the expression of what is, ultimately leading to buddhahood, which is both the ultimate personal gain as well as the ultimate selfless gain, because you understand that helping others is helping yourself, not that there is or is not a self. That act of being, that act of buddahood and bodhisattva and the helping of others to achieve enlightenment, is just the way that it is, of course meaning emptiness.
This might not make sense, and I may have clarified certain things that didn't need clarifying, but I was just having thoughts that I feel like I know and I want to share but before I fully accept as fact make sure there's nothing i'm not considering. Perhaps it's a waste to make this thread, but I enjoy discussing new ideas I get, and with no sangha in real life this is my buddhist interaction.
