Making a picture an avatar

I can't quite seem to figure it out on here

    What exactly are you having trouble with? Is it the turning of a picture into the right size and format for an avatar, or is it uploading and turning it on in the site that you're vexed with?

    The image (a jpg is best) can be a max of 120 x 120 pixels, so that's the first step. Once you have that on your computer, you simply come to the site and click on the "user cp" link at the very top of each page. Once there, look on the left side for the "Edit Avatar" link. Once there, click on "Custom Avatar" in the middle of the screen and follow the prompts.

    Just make sure you have a jpg image that's no more than 120 x 120 pixels. I try to keep them to 72 dpi to save bandwidth.
