Hi everyone! I am practicing Theravada Buddhism. I went for a ten day retreat a few years ago. I remember I felt a lot suffering before the retreat, after the retreat I felt very happy (It seemed like all negative feelings turned to positive feelings). Then I did more retreats, and now I just feel calm, don't feel very sad or very happy most of the time like before.

I wonder if other people had same experience. I have never shared my experience with anyone before. I am glad that I found this place and share something with other Buddhists around the world.

Thanks for reading and best wishes to you all!
