I find that acceptance of what is would be the most powerful thing that Buddhism has given me. It has made me resilient beyond belief. An entirely new way to look at my problems.

Just wondering what is the most powerful learning that other people have experienced. I know I have much more to learn and I hope to experience more enlightened and powerful concepts but at this point, it would be pretty hard to beat acceptance.

  • The mindfulness that allows for the acceptance of what is is very important. I have found that mindfulness that allows for this acceptance has gotten me through some very hard times.

It's amazing what a bright smile from a random stranger can do when you're having a bad day.
