    With practice and by repeatedly bringing the mind back to the present moment, we train to become mindful in all activities. It takes time and effort to develop strong concentration to bring mindfulness to every moment, but slowly and with dedication we can all do it!

    The teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh have given me an excellent basis for the practice of mindfulness. I especially like "Be Free Where You Are" but most of his books cover the topic of bringing awareness to every aspect of your life.
