    But, definitely not a wise decision to put everything into it.

    By shedding unnecessary baggage that really wasn't relevant.

    My jobs are manager of a retail Bistro deli...I am a dog behaviourist and I teach Qi Gong....
    No kids?
    2 grown-up daughters.
    No Husband?
    No, I divorced both of them. I currently live in sin with a partner. male, I would add.
    Where do you live?
    in rented accommodation in a large town North-East of London.

    I think that's more than enough to teach me to live Mindfully, without bringing all this extraneous and unnecessary clutter into my brain, don't you?
