I've started studying the teachings of Phra Ajahn Lee and I'm ready to implement all of the Buddhist practices and lessons in my life, but I have no idea where to start. So far, I've learned about Sankhara's, and Dhamma. Of course, I'm taking all of this slow, and starting with the basic principles of Buddhism. I want to begin my meditation but I don't know if I meditate like I would before and/or after a yoga practice. I know, it sounds a little - idiotic, but I'm really stuck on that.
Also, I've been reading some of the discussions about Sangha's. There is only one that teaches Tam Boa Buddhism, I think, here in Oklahoma. Where can I find information about the other kinds of Buddhist? I've come to notice that there are so many different types it seems. What I've been studying through Phra Ajahn Lee, speaks to me persoanlly, and I feel comfortable with it. Any pointers that you all may have would be much, much appreciated.
Namaste,

Hi Veganess
Many of Ajahn Lee's books are at this link, which includes other teachers: http://www.what-buddha-taught.net/
As for where to begin, I first began by doing a ten day meditation retreat.
