Anybody here who can read Sanskrit(?) ?

It's Sanskrit, right?

I hope this is the right forum category to ask this.

I have a brief two-or-three sentence message handwritten by a Tibetan Dogzchen lama which I was hoping someone could translate for me.

I would be very grateful for suggestions. I can scan it and provide a jpg.

I'm starting to learn sanskrit, but am just learning the writting system and some words.

Are you sure it is sanskrit? it can be tibetan...

If it's a Tibetan lama, it's most likely Tibetan. But take a good photo and put it here and I'll take a guess.

I can try. I can read it because Sanskrit has almost common script with Hindi, But I don't claim I am an expert.

Thanks everybody. I surfed and then called and found a Buddhist temple in the city I have to go to. They have at least one native Tibetan. Will get it done there. Looking forward to meeting them too.

I have a friend from Indonesia that is fluent in Sanskrit. I can forward the text to him and see what he says. Him being a busy doctor though, it might take time for him to respond ....
