FWIW, Kind of OT. Lovely subject: physiognomy! Gagging

    Definition:
Physiognomy is the interpretation of outward appearance, especially the features of the face, to discover a person's predominant temper and character.

Sadly, it's still very common to judge people by their facial features. It's probably a natural human reaction, but wisdom should trump gut reactions. :-/

Hey, those were cool back in the day.
Those were cheap before then, they are standard NHS specs that every short-sighted schoolboy was given in order to make him look as ridiculous as possible. Lennon wore them as a "man of the people" kind of gesture and made them cool. By the early 70s you got horrible brown plastic frames which were in turn made cool by Elvis Costello and so the NHS continued their search for truly humiliating glasses...thank goodness for pop celebrities!

Definitely. Good guy. Complicated, troubled, not easy to be around, so I gather, but he knew what was good. Too bad we couldn't see him resolve all that extra stuff with age. Blue Faced
