A Raw Diet?
I am thinking of going on it for Spiritual and Health reasons.

This is a swedish delicasy called råbiff. Raw Beef i.e. Recommend it.

I love sushi, sashimi and all Japanese food.

But sushi and sashimi are still an option.....

And yes råbiff is called tartare so I guess (as many things in sweden) this swedish delicasy s not so swedish after all...
