Derek Ogilvie says he can read the minds of infants who are too young to communicate verbally. Now he agrees to undergo a series of controlled experiments to test the limits of his alleged abilities. He even faces the ultimate sceptic in the form of James Randi, an investigator of the paranormal who has offered $1million to anyone who can provide evidence of the supernatural.

    Reminds me of people who say they can speak to animals. How can you really tell? And how difficult is it to guess what the mind of an infant is thinking, or to just make up anything and no one be able to prove otherwise? :)

    No I've seen that kinda stuff on TV before. It's easy enough to understand the wants and needs of animals, that's what animal behaviorists do. Human babies aren't much different. They're not consciously thinking so much as "wanting", reacting.

    Look up "Dog Whisperer", it's a show about a guy who understands animal behavior. It's not really "speaking"; it's understanding. When you can understand the psychology of an animal, you can communicate with it.
