Thich Nhat Hanh / Plum Village Documentary

In honor of the 30th anniversary of Plum Village, where in France Thich Nhat Hanh and his monastics live, a documentary is being made that follows them on trips all over the place. Essentially, documenting their way of life of "being peace". It is scheduled for release in 2012, with the working title of "On the Road with Thich Nhat Hanh". It looks wonderful.

I just wanted to get the word out about this. Apparently, they are still raising money for this film and taking donations to meet a pretty small goal.

As the website says, "Through a portrait of the community that is humorous, warm and intimate, the film will inspire young people and the public in general, to live true to themselves and to bring meaning and happiness right into their daily life even when there is suffering still left in their hearts."
