How to attach photo

Are we allowed to attach photos? If so, how do we do it? Do we use photo bucket or some other service? Does the browse feature work like they do on email accounts?

Click on "Attach a file" and then upload it from your hard drive.

Thank you both, SheraDorje and genkaku. I did do it correctly, I guess. I thought that the picture would be bigger. I'm technologically impaired, I admit it! Check out the joke thread- I've got lots to share.
