This makes me kind of sad, I don't think some people will realize that she's a comedienne and might take this seriously. I would hate to imagine someone seeing this and actually trying this as a meditation practice... it sounds like it would only add to confusion, not to mention being potential harmful by trying to hold your breath too long.

no way, lol. aside from teaching everything contrary to traditional meditation, she drops the F bomb, says other swear words, and looks crazy in general.
It is funny, sorry for being a party pooper, I just worry about people taking it as factual. But really it is pretty good
@mugzy -- In one sense, I share your fears: There's a sucker born every minute and the results are not always pleasant. On the other hand, I think a spoof of 'real Buddhism' forces serious people to consider what it is, exactly, that they consider 'real Buddhism.' They may feel quite comfortable with their conclusions ... but I'm not sure that the comfort is warranted.
