beginner-intermediates; learn how to meditate with Brahm
http://www.dhammaloka.org.au/downloads/itemlist/category/24-guided-meditation.html156 guided meditation by our great friend ajahn brahm
maybe 1 a day for half a year,
anyone who do this will have learn a whole lot and know what he is doing, on top of having established a strong meditation routine and probably gained lots of momentum. And be able to gauge how much benefit you can have from meditation in your life.
suited for everyone of course but if you don't frequent shangas, you only get your info for books, or never did a retreat, this is particularly suited for you since you get a sense of timing that is missing from books and missing from indirect instructions.
maybe 1 a day for half a year, maybe 2, maybe 3 or 4 on a lazy Sunday if the mood is there:)
if you are a beginner/intermediate, you shouldn't have too many questions after having done all of this.
enjoy
