How do you stop a bad cycle without obliterating it

Comments

  • You'll have to tell us a little more about this, Fenix. What do you see as the difference between stopping a bad cycle, and obliterating it? If something unsatisfactory is going on, it's not about obliterating, exactly. Meditate to see if you can find what's at the root of it, and address that. Become more mindful about the decisions you make, and why you make them. This can help you change unskillful decision-making.

    you do something completely different.

    Fenix,man up, buddy.
    We can't fix you.
You come here with all these issues, but you seem to seek answers from us to save you from yourself - which you then promptly argue against, ignore, or contradict.

Either be more forthcoming, or take a look at yourself and get a grip.
