Oh yummy. I love fresh blueberries. They are so good for you - full of antioxidants. See.....now this is the kind of talk that my stomach can handle!

According to all the recent studies, bluberries are the single most important fruit that we can eat. All this talk about veggies has me Jonesing for a salad. What's bib lettuce, Yoga? I imagined it like red lettuce or the kind that has the frilly edge. I love dark lettuce like that. And watercress is available at our grocery store now so I can add that to my salad. I LOVE a good salad and I make a very yummy dressing. A few actually. I had a big bowl of broccoli and cauliflower last night and took my Beano like a good girl while I was eating it. It was absolutely delicious! The veggies I mean, not the Beano. LOL!

    Frizz and Fede,
I had venison in Scotland once and had to spend the whole of the next day indoors. What a drag! I'll never eat it again. I didn't even like it. I'm not a game meat kind of girl. I don't know what I would do if I was stuck in the North. That's all they eat up there.

    Love,
    Brigid

Brigid...I make a wonderful ChickPea and Cauliflower salad that has Watercress in it. It's so good. In fact, that is what I am having for lunch today.

Here's a picture of bib lettuce:

OK..... permit me to point out that, if Mr. Hesse should come back and complain that his thread has gone off-topic (and I'm as much to blame!!)..............

    .........He does have a point.....
Would you ladies like to transfer this discussion to the Buddha-babes chit-chat corner? :)

Everyone, of course, would be welcome to contribute further...
I just think it would be polite......! :o:D

And after his long journey, HH finally made it to the land of hippies. He let his hair grow out, hugged trees, made his own tie-dye and lived happily ever after.

    The End
