It's warms the cockels of my heart to know fascism is going strong here in the good ol' USA (Please note this is DRIPPING with sarcasm!) This dovetails well with the Patriot Act, the NDAA http://www.dailykos.com/story/2011/12/29/1049766/-Combating-the-Distortions-Over-NDAA-Military-Detentions,-Does-This-Mean-You-Youd-Better-Believe-It?via=sidebar, the TSA, the suspension of Habeas Corpus and unlawful search and seizure.
I guess these things have become irrelevant:

◦Amendment 1 - Freedom of Religion, Press, Expression
◦Amendment 4 - Search and Seizure
◦Amendment 5 - Trial and Punishment, Compensation for Takings
◦Amendment 6 - Right to Speedy Trial, Confrontation of Witnesses

I appreciate the desire to stop online piracy, but the sounds of this bill is that of using a sledgehammer to perform heart surgery.
