Hi
I am wondering if anyone has had any experience with the vipassana fellowship online course?? i am interested in it as there is no vipassana sangha in my area, it costs about $130, I'm not sure if i will be wasting my money.
would be very grateful for any information.

Thanks

vipassana course are only offered in the form of retreats as far as i know.

    Goenka or Mahasi style retreats.

The reason is it takes about 6 to 10 days of serious practice to begin to understand what it is all about and how it's done.

My suggestion would be for you to attend one of these courses (it's free all over the world) and then decide weather you want to join that fellowship online course or not.

I don't see why you would want to do this tho, there are very vibrant vipassana communities online with more precious information and advices than you can absorb for a long long time.
